The Coalition for the Latinamerican and Carribbean Criminal Court against Organized Transnational Crime (in Spanish: Corte Penal Latinoamericana y del Caribe contra el Crimen Transnacional Organizado - COPLA) is composed of civil and political organizations, both Latin American and international. These organizations have signed the petition for the constitution of COPLA and work towards its creation.
